Handbags are built around internal components called “stays,” which can break down or crease over time, causing a handbag to lose form. By replacing or reinforcing these stays, we can significantly improve a handbag’s structure.

Since reshaping requires access to the internals of a handbag, it may be necessary to replace some non-reusable parts, such as grommets. It is usually not possible to remove wrinkles and creases from the leather itself, but reshaping can significantly improve a handbag’s posture!
